 About Operations
Our Operations teams are a key component of our service delivery to our clients. Whether they specialize in SEO, SEM, websites or social media fulfillment, our Google-certified specialists have our clients’ interest at heart and ensure every campaign is a success.

 About the role:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships for advertisers running SEO (organic search) campaigns. They are accountable for the successful and efficient delivery of the campaign and quality assurance of all campaign deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:
•Perform initial audits of client’s websites and current state of optimization
•Help the client develop a realistic plan & objectives for their campaign;
•Produce detailed SEO strategies for presentation to the client
•Executing on-site and off-site optimization strategies;
•Conduct on-going keyword and competitor research
•Ensures projects are scoped and briefed accurately so that they are delivered on time and on budget;
•Manage communication and expectations with each assigned client;
•Develop an understanding of the client’s business to ensure their campaigns are delivering against identified goals;
•Briefs the campaign team on the client’s business and objectives;
•Reviews and provides QA on all documents being delivered to clients;
•Tracks performance of campaigns using internal tools and Google Analytics to ensure success against stated KPI’s;
•Works with internal & external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met;
•Keep up-to-date with the constantly changing world of search optimization through webinars, training and events.

Education, Experience and Technical skills
•College or University diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience;
•2 to 5 years in a similar role with agency experience preferred;
•Current knowledge of SEO & search marketing best practices;
•Comfortable using Google Analytics and similar KPI tools;
•Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint;
•Ability to analyze analytics data and make data-driven recommendations Soft Skills and Competencies
•Organizational skills and attention to detail;
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
•Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•Team Player.
